Permalinks broken on *one* multisite

    I recently created a new multisite and unlike all of my others, it’s struggling with permalinks (404 errors).

    I didn’t initally setup the subdomain for the site, and just mapped the domain directly to get into the control panel and onto the site, maybe this is why.

    I’ve since mapped the subdomain, deleted the new domain mapping and re-created it, but it’s still giving me trouble.

    Any ideas?

    Missing forward slash at end of document root in apache’s site-available….
