    Hi,

    Thanks for the message.

    That’s strange indeed.

This Turnstile plugin has not been updated for 2 months, so unlikely related to anything with the plugin specifically.

Did you recently run any other updates on your site like updating to the latest version of WordPress (6.6.0) or a WooCommerce update?

Does it work fine now that the plugin is disabled? Does it come back if you re-enable it? If you have any performance/caching plugins enabled on your site, please try clearing your cache.

    Hi,

I just tested it with WordPress 6.6.0 and it seems to still work fine on my end. So that shouldn’t be the issue.

Note that if you have switched to WooCommerce “Block Checkout” this is not compatible currently. This will be made more clear in the next update and will automatically disable the checkout option if block checkout is enabled too.

    Hi

Thats explains it then as we use block checkout as most woo stores do…

So ill deactivate on both my stores.

So no fix then? was working fine for a week until latest WP update..

    From my Dev,

You’re using Classic Checkout not Block Checkout so that should be fine. The checkout issue must be related to the Turnstile plugin as the ‘Please verify that you are human’ message is related to that (it shouldn’t be showing, instead there should be the Turnstile block you can see on the EU site where the check is done automatically in the background and the tick in a green circle appears. So WordPress 6.6 may work fine with WooCommerce but I guess there’s a chance either that or another update has caused an issue with Turnstile. Might have to look at one of those other options for captcha.
