Permalinks: Failed to open stream

    When I change permalinks to anything other than the default I get the error message below when I click on them. This is on a fresh install. I can get to the index.php fine and see the posts, but it’s when I click on them to get to an individual post that I get this error. I’ve got though the support database and other web sites with no luck. I’ve tried the using permalinks documentation as well (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Permalinks).

    Any thoughts?
