Permalinks incorrect

Not sure when it broke exactly but, I’ve got a problem where a ton of my permalinks are wrong in the list. Specifically pages that have parent pages.

Example:
parent page url is: site.com/parent
url of child page is: site.com/parent/child
what the plugin is actually linking to for the child page: site.com/child

I’m on latest stable wordpress and 3.0.2 (latest) a-z-listing.
I’m using a custom template but, its just using $a_z_query->the_permalink()

Also, its on multisite if that matters at all.

Thoughts?
