permalinks issue

In my website this portfolio plugin works under ‘designs’ sub page and I open it by typing https://www.website.com/designs. When I click particular item in the portfolio, its dedicated page opens and I get https://www.website.com/otw-portfolio/item-name/.
How to replace the ‘otw-portfolio’ part with ‘designs’ to get https://www.website/designs/item-name show up in URL field?
