Permalinks Issue in every format

Hi,
I always have a issue of permalinks i migrated the website from blogger to wordpress.
for Example , currently my permalink is plain so its like
https://hadapsarexpress.com/?p=665or else its always comes css code after it which creates a huge problem for me it also not rank .Regarding RSS :- previously it was working fine but now its again having issue hadapsarexpress.com/rss (404) Please help me to solve the issue.

Actually previously when i was applying for google news at that time https://hadapsarexpress.com/rss/ was working fine but suddenly after 2-3 days that link stopped and automatically it came on https://hadapsarexpress.com/?feed=rss2 .
When ever i try to change permalink from plain to post , so in post the css codes comes automatically .
Please help me to resolve these issue
