Hi – Just a few clarification questions.

Were the permalinks not working for general pages/posts, or just for pages using NextGEN specific URLs (ie, galleries within albums, pagination within galleries)?

Also what were you getting when you went to those pages? 404 errors?

@xghozt: If you haven’t rolled back to 1.9.13, do you have a link with an example?

    Thanks,
    Erick

The permalinks work for everything except nextgen 2.0, and I get no images found, not a 404 error. I had one gallery that wasn’t a sub page of the main gallery before I upgraded, and the link redirects to that just fine and I see my photos. I tried changing one gallery to not being a sub page, but that gets a redirection error, and won’t even go to the page. I’ve have tried resaving permalinks (in WordPress)and that does nothing.
So it’s redirecting to the pages, just not showing any pictures for some reason. The links on the main gallery page look like this: https://keithperkins.net/?post_type=page&p=2614 when they should look like this: https://keithperkins.net/nggallery/collage

And the size of the thumbnails on the main page changed when upgrade, I’m downgrading again since I need my galleries up and running.

    I downgraded already, sorry.

Anybody solved this? I have the same problem with links as described by kperkins three posts earlier.

That is: albums appear correctly, but links to galleries (from thumbnails in album pages) are broken – they do link to https://some.web.com/cms/?post_type=page&p=935 instead to https://some.web.com/cms/my/permalink/to/gallery/page

Album pages are generated as described on https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/nextgen-gallery-shortcodes/ and WordPress’ Settings for Permalinks are set to “Post name”. I have not found any setting within NextGen Gallery, which would allow to turn on/off the permalinks.

Have not had the issue since the last few updates to the plugin. Make sure you’re using the latest version.

You’re a lucky man. Still unchanged behaviour with WP 3.6.1 and NGG 2.0.27. Downgrading now…

I have a similar problem only with pages of gallery (when limiting the amount of photos per page..)
Would like for some help ??
