Permalinks not saving when publishing posts with Elementor

    Hi,

    When I create a new post (both with regular WP posts and with a custom post type set up on my site) and publish it using the WordPress editor, the permastructres I set up work perfectly. When I edit a draft post using Elementor, then publish with Elementor, the permastructres don’t work. Any idea what might be happening?

    Hi @lyoungblood,

    When the Elementor editor is loaded, the functions of the Permalink Manager are not called, and the plugin is effectively disabled as a result. This is done on purpose to prevent the incompatibility bugs. Unfortunately, this is a compromise compromise and the only way to get both plugins to function ??

    I am not certain if this is also relevant, but you can make Permalink Manager to generate the custom permalinks also for drafts (in Classic mode):
