Permalinks Not Taking Exact Title

Hello,

I’m very confused that even after updating the permalinks to “Post-Name” in the permalinks settings, permalinks is not taking exact title. Its not one time, it is happening for so many times. Even after editing and clicking ok doesn’t solve the problem. For Example, if the give title as ‘Sediment in Well Water’ and publishing it is just taking ‘Sediment Water’ (not taking ‘in well’).

It seems to me there are certain words which it is not taking. In the same way if I give ‘Whole house water softeners’ it is just taking ‘house water softeners’ (not taking ‘whole’). One of the confusing or funniest thing(whatever you called it) is that when I’m giving just ‘well’ for the titles which includes in that in the permalink editing (which is just below title) and clicking on ‘OK’ and updating the post then it is taking FULL TITLE in the permalinks.

Why is it so happening?
