permalinks not working

    have added unique terms for category and location permalinks have tried saving several times both on plugin permalinks page and on general wp permalinks page but the urls dont change for category or location listings pages – still showing ..search-result/?q&in_cat=.. which is very bad for seo

  • We also noticed the issue and noted it to fix. You will find it working in the next update of the plugin which will be released tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. By the way, thanks for letting us know about it.

    Hi,
    In the latest version, you will find two new shotcodes [directorist_category] and [directorist_location]. We have completely changed category and location displaying functionality. They used to display from search. Now, you just have to create a page and add [directorist_category] shortcode to it. Then, your category URL will be taken from the page permalink which can be changed. Same with the location. If you even would like them to be done automatically, just go to “Upgrade Database” page and click on ‘Upgrade/Regenerate Pages’.
