Permalinks not working

  • My site recently got infected by malware . And I had to upgrade to latest WP ver, re-installed theme’s and plugins . But I also deleted the .htaccess .

    Now when I set Permalinks to default it works ,
    But on “Post Name” it does’nt work anymore . Any idea if this has something to do with the .htaccess ? and how do I fix it …
