Permalinks Not Working Correctly

I had my Hosting Company Support look into the issue, they could not resolve the problem. My Permalinks will only work on the Plain setting, I want it to work with the /%postname%/ for SEO. When I set it to that, I get a 404 on every link on my page. I have tried the .htaccess CHMOD as described and that did resolve the issue. Any help would be of great assistance!

PS: I have tried disabling all Plugins, Permalinks does not work even with all plugins disabled.
