Permalinks on an Alias

I have a domain (ihopeyourearsbleed.com) pointing to the folder /mckinney on my hosting.
So prettymuch.
https://www.codybrom.com/mckinney
&
https://www.ihopeyourearsbleed.com…. are the same place.
How can i get my pretty permalinks to work correctly if i’m aliasing the domain over the correct path?
