• I recently transferred my wordpress account over to a new host and domain and although the installation worked (through mydomain.com) and the site is up and running now, when you click on the navigation bar at the top you are navigated to the proper pages, but the pages are not reflected in the url. I am thinking it has something to do with permalinks…

However, in my dashboard area, the permalinks setting is not even showing up. It shows “open ID”, “domains” and “webhooks” where the permalinks option usually is. I’m thinking that this is actually an installation issue and that something went wrong when moving the blog over to the new host. How can I check that the installation is correct, and how do I fix the permalinks?

I’m very new with all of this so I greatly appreciate your help in advance! Thank you!
