Permalinks Problem

  • When I mousover on the title of the post, my .htaccess works, but when I click it, page cannot be viewed.
    What am I doing wrong?

    It’s not uploaded yet. I dloaded an Apache server and all in one program I found on this forum.
    I just pasted what WordPress generated.

    Does it differ from personal server to uploaded online?
    Can’t find a free host that supports .htaccess.

    I am not supposed to put anything inside my achives folder right? I just let the rewrite rule do its thing?
