Permalinks question

Hi, I’ve some questions about permalinks. I want to show this:
https://blog.mysitename.com/article-name/2007/12/17/
But if I put this, in my permalinks custom field:
/%postname%/%year%/%monthnum%/%day%/
It doesn’t work. Now, I think I have to write something in my .htaccess file. But.. what?
