permalinks structure help

Hi, is it possible to have a permalink structure https://www.website.com/pagename/
for pages?

i.e. https://www.website.com/profile/ etc.,

I seem to only have https://www.website/com/index.php/pagename in my permalink setting in a page.

and also for posts in a category
https://www.website.com/category/postname
