Permalinks take me to wrong posts/categories randomly

  • Hi,

    All my permalinks take me to what seems like a random post (if I click on a post link) or a random category (if I click on a category link).

    Has anyone seen this happen? I tried disabling all my plugins, but the problem remains unchanged.
