• Hi to all.

Phew, in 10 years of WordPress experience we’ve never seen such chaotic & stressful WordPress solutions before.

    a) No translation problems with your hotel theme (Loco Translate), but with the translations from your Events Manager – the original texts stay.

    b) Event Permalinks are not working like they should.

None of the event specific views (archives, singles) contain the given category/ies, neither in the link nor in the breadcrumb. Same in your own demo page (hotel theme)!

Every Category & tag link (from backends menu and also category & tag settings) leads to wrong frontend results:
    – category permalinks: NON styled event archive, WITH date, WITH nav tabs, ALL existing events
    – tag permalinks: regular archive instead of event specific one, WITH style, NO date, NO nav tabs, right choice of events

Even in the backend we’ve noticed two problems:
    – “events manager > events > categories/tags” – the active side menu disappears
    – “events manager > events > event tags”: the top nav tab (events, categories, tags) dissapears

Conclusion: a massive problem with permalink structure in front- and backend.

    ___

    Please solve this problems immediately!

Sorry, because of the tons of problems I have made a mistake:
the translation issues are not with this plugin but with your “WP Hotel Booking” plugin.

We could figure out that the permalink problem comes from your Hotel theme.

We have installed the events plugin on another WP installation with another theme – category and tag links work like charm.

With active Hotel theme the permalink problems appear.
With the blank theme and after complete setup with plugins, too.

If this was 3rd party we’d say “Sad, but can happen”, but theme and plugins are all from you & should work together!

The backend problem (not showing “categories” & “tags” with expanded menu) also exists with other themes. So there seem to be problems in both the theme AND the plugin.
