Permalinks URL Problem

    https://planet-scuba-online.com/?page_id=7

    I get this as the url, when I change permalinks to Custom – /%category%/%postname%/

    It shows the url correctly but there is this error (copied below)

    Is there any way other than re-doing all the pages and posts to make the urls show the page slug?
