Permalinks: where is the Options → Permalinks panel

    Is it me or is it Codex? I am running WSordpress 2.5.1. I’m looking at Permalinks. Codex says: “Choosing your permalink structure
    In the Options → Permalinks panel, you can choose one of the “common” structures or enter your own in the “Custom structure” field using the structure tags.”
    Can anyone please tell me where is the Options → Permalinks panel ? many thanks.
