Permalinks with custom settings

i have instaled qtrnslate plugin i try using Permalinks as default i can navigate and all is ok, but if i try to change the rules in Customize Permalink Structure selecting
Day and name
then i i click on a message i do not see the content as i should see
the foto content is’t loading because it trys to access my javascript files and css files like this:

https://server/wp/2008/11/17/my-new-bike-ibought-from-italy/static/css/font_medium.css

is an way to resolve this i try rewrite rule con exclude but i may miss something
