Permalinks with postname but donot include the parent pages name

Hi, I’ve set up my permalinks to be /%postname%/ but if my page is a child of a parent page instead of just becoming https://www.mysite.com/%postname%/ is becomes https://www.mysite.com/%parent-postname%/%postname%/ I hope that makes sense. I do not want the parent pages name to be in the url. Is there anyway of doing this without removing the structure of my pages?
