Permalinks with timestamp

I need to use a permalink with the following structure
https://www.mysitename.com/%timestamp%
with 10 digit timestam that is equivalent to datetime in the form of yyyy-MM-dd hh:mm:ss. But unfortunately, i could not find permalink tag %timestamp%.Could anyone tell me how to do this?
