Permalinks won’t work on local PC

    Woo, got it working! ?? It was an issue with AllowOverride. However, it wasn’t in the DocumentRoot Directory settings that made it work. It was the global AllowOverride:

    # AllowOverride controls what directives may be placed in .htaccess files.
    # It can be "All", "None", or any combination of the keywords:
    # Options FileInfo AuthConfig Limit
    #
    AllowOverride All
