permanent nag line at top

whats with the permanent nag line at the top to enter a license key? I’m using the free version which is offered. This nag line was just introduced a couple updates ago or so. If a free version is offered, then leave it at that. Or don’t offer one. But to introduce a nag line at top of dashboard that won’t go away, isn’t compelling to upgrade. It ticks people off. Creates a negative association with the product. IMO. Just hate all this clutter happening in WP by devs. My two cents.
