Permanently delete products

1- Permanently delete products with skip trash.
2- Get records count that deleted in after_import mail. like: (created:0,updated:0,skipped:0,deleted:123)

This would have to be done via custom code and our API: https://www.wpallimport.com/documentation/action-reference/. You can use the wp_all_import_is_post_to_update hook to delete the items when they’re updated by the import (your code should force delete them and then return false to stop the update), and the pmxi_after_xml_import hook to send yourself an email afterwards (see example snippet).

So, when return false to stop the update, will the count of updated items be displayed at the end?
(To manually rename ‘Updated’ to ‘Deleted’ when send an email.)

No, but you could use the options API ( https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Options_API ) to track the deleted posts in an option, then use that option (and remove it) at the end of the import when you send the email.
