Permanently Display Attributes in Backend

I’d like to display all of the Global Attributes on each back-end product page and not have to manually select each attribute and add it to the Attribute list product by product. I did some web searching and a few years ago someone offered a javascript code tweak but apparently it didn’t quite work.

Has anyone heard of a code change or plugin that would set the default for the attributes to display all? It would make it easier for my client to add products later if they don’t have to manually add each attribute and then first edit the data.
