Permanently fix PINTEREST Pin it button on mobile

    Hi, I am using Pinterest hover pin it button on my site.

    It is fine on desktop but on mobile it does not displays until you twice click on image.

    I want to ask how can I fix the button for mobile devices so that it is always displayed over images on mobile and not on desktop.

    I have a option on my theme (newspapar) to put special css for mobile devices only.

    Can someone please tell me css to fix the button on all images.
