How do i make the leader “accept the follow request” of the follower before the follower can actually see the content on the leader’s profile?

This goes against what the Follow plugin does. The Follow plugin doesn’t require permission to follow another.

If you need such permission, you should use the built-in Friends component instead and write a custom plugin to block access if the user hasn’t accepted the friendship yet.
