permissions for csv export and printable view

    Hi Franky,

    I gave our contact person, who is responsible for the bookings of certain events permissions to approve and edit registrations (by adding and apointing some capabilities in User Role Manager and choosing these in the Event Manager settings). This works fine.
    I don’t want him to be able to publish and /or edit events.
    Some of the bookings contain remarks. Apart from within the events editor, to which he has no access, they are also (and I think only) shown in the csv export and printable view. I created a post with some links to these, but it seems he has no access to this to.
    Can you think of a solution to let the (general or the specific) contact person have access to the csv export and printable view of events, without giving him permissions to edit them?
    B.T.W. we still use the 1.0.4 version until 1.0.6 is released and we can also retrieve / dsiplay data gathered in custom booking form fields…

    For the moment you need Event Editing capabilities to be able to view the CSV or printable export. The only way around this is to add a new capability. You can always make a feature request for this at:

    The 1.0.6 is around the corner … maybe I’ll add the feature requested as well and then release it.

    I tried adding a new capability, but this is no use if the minimimum requirement for it is also the event editing capability…
    I’ll make a feature request then.
    It would be great if you get to adding this feature in the next version!
