    Guys i have buy the pro version of this plugin, try to contact you but the priority support is not to much “priority” so i try to write to you also here that maybe is more followed then the email.
    I leave the permission to editor and author and collaborato with this function described here:https://www.knewsplugin.com/permission-management/ Me that i’m administrator now i can’t enter more and i am blocked out so can’t use totally the plugin. I’m sure that i can fix it from sql wich table is for this setting where i must edit and how? thanks again

    Found and fixed thanks in anycase!
    The permission if someone have the same problem is under the wp table option of wordpress after must search under this the wp user roles found knews and set from b:0 to b:1

    The problem happened if you have set your administrator account like also administrator account of Backwpup so you must remember to set active for all two and not just for administrator role.

    Hello @ilmarty… first of all, sorry for the delay… I answered you trough email…

    This is a Knews Free support…

    However, next release will include a way to solve it easily (through a temporary constant on wp-config to grant access)

    Don’t worry guys thanks in anycase for the support! Yes i think is a good idea to exlude all the others role that are not from standard roles of wordpress (so not count all the privilege roles of all the others plugin) is the way more easy for fix all. And thanks again for the beautiful plugin that you have made! I found it so interesting more then other more popular!
