Permission problem after updating

  • After updating Types plugin – I cannot see its on the control-panel (neither in plugins page nor the link to Types menu).
    When I’m trying to access the Types admin pages directly (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=types%2Fmarketing%2Fgetting-started%2Findex.php) I got no permission error.
    P.s. I’m User #1 – with Admin privilege.

    Hello tazir, if Types is not present in the admin menu, any of it’s pages won’t be accessible. That’s how WordPress works, basically.

    Assuming that you checked the obvious (that it’s active), you can also try manually uploading it’s files in case there was some problem during update.

    If that doesn’t work, I would recommend trying the 1.9-beta version (https://wp-types.com/2016/01/types-1-9-beta1/) and if even that doesn’t solve the issue, please turn for further help to our support forum https://wp-types.com/forums/, providing as many details as you can.
