Permission Problems

Dear Support,

I have found some minor problems for permissions.

1. Administrator role cannot see the buttons of Quotes & Invoices on the Admin Dashboard. I copy the Quotes Button’s URL link like https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=sliced_quote from Shop Manager role’s user and then browse it and then I can get this error message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page. Reason: There is a hidden menu item with the same URL (edit.php?post_type=sliced_quote) but a higher priority.”. Then, I try to copy the Invoices Button’s URL link like https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=sliced_invoice from Shop Manager role’s user and then browse it and then I can get this error message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this admin page. Reason: There is a hidden menu item with the same URL (edit.php?post_type=sliced_invoice) but a higher priority.”.
2. Users of Shop Manager role can see both buttons of Quotes & Invoices on the Admin Dashboard. Nevertheless, Users of Shop Manager role cannot modify the Status of Quotes/Invoices. When the users of Shop Manager role try to modify Status of Quotes/Invoices or send emails …etc, the system shows this error “Sorry, the current login does not have permission to edit this item.”.

Would you mind telling me how to fix the above TWO problems ?
