Permission to access the author.

    Hello, I am the site administrator and I would like to grant access to author functionality so that I can edit, add and post recipes.
    How should I proceed to free up such access.
    I use the premium plugin.

    Hi there,

    You can choose the permissions required to access specific features on the WP Recipe Maker > Settings > Permissions page.

    Hi, I have the same problem, but I am not sure what to write indtead of “manage_options” in the field, when I want to give an author access. Thanks ??

    You can check the list of capabilities here:

    Roles and Capabilities

    If you want authors and up to have access, you can use “publish_posts”, for example. As that’s a capability to authors and up have (by default).
