• Hi, we checked with our hosting support before opening this thread and they confirmed there were no permission issues relaed to our profile and the image files.

    However, when we run the plugin, at first it seems like nothing happened, then we run it again and we get the permissions error message. We go to the media file and see that permissions have changed to “0000”, we then set them manually to “0644”, use the plugin again and it works then.

    Of course, doing this when you have to update many images is not feasible…

    Can anybody help us? Thanks!
