    Hi,
    I’ve disconnected facebook account from wordpress because the pixel was not working
    Probably because I changed the shop page name and url
    I want to create a new connection, but I can’t reconnect the account as I receive the following error message:
    Permissions error: access_denied, reason: user_denied

    What should I do to reconnect the account and make the pixel working?

    Could you confirm if you followed the instructions here to disconnect the Facebook for WooCommerce app from your site?

    Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

    Once you do that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Could also confirm that you have the owner/admin permissions to the newly created Facebook Business account?

    I haven’t followed all the instructions before contacting you, but now I’ve done.
    I’ve retried to reconnect the account, but I still receive the same error message.

    Thanks for disconnecting the app correctly.

    Could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error so that we can see what you are describing?

    Looks like you have two Facebook plugins on your site, i.e Facebook for WooCommerce and Facebook for WordPress. Could you ensure Facebook for WordPress is disabled while troubleshooting to avoid conflicts?

    Could you share the logs for this issue from your site? Please feel free to remove any personal/confidential information from the logs and share them here.

    You can find the logs at WooCommerce > Status > Logs > Select – Log under drop-down (right side) > Click – View button.

    I’m glad to know that this issue is not my fault and that my attempt do solve the problem was not the cause of it.

    I’ll check the tread you suggested and try again to connect the accounts in the next few hours since it won’t work

    The day before it was not working, the day after it was.
    I have not changed anything in wp nor fb side…
