To add items to a Collection, logging in to WordPress as an Editor user doesn’t work.
Logging in as an Administrator works for adding items.

I would like Editors to be able to manage items in a Collection.
The ASA Setting, AmazonSimpleAdmin — /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=amazonsimpleadmin/amazonsimpleadmin.php is not visible for Editor users.

    WordPress 4.9.4 configured as Multisite

That’s right. Why should an Editor change your Amazon Affiliate settings? Maybe to change the tracking code to his own? ??

The setting of access rights to certain sub-functions is possible with ASA2.

I didn’t ask about changing Amazon Affiliate settings or tracking code.

What permissions need to be changed so someone can add an Amazon item to a collection? Remove an item from a collection?

Maybe a marketing assistant, who doesn’t have the knowledge to be a WordPress Administrator?

That’s not possible with ASA1 right now. With ASA2 it is (https://getasa2.com/).

I’ll consider adding the necessary rights with the next update.
