    Is it possible to apply segment permissions to the directory so that only authorized people can edit a branch? For example, each branch of an organization would have one person with the authority to login and create/edit/delete the contact records under their branch, and admins had full directory access. In this way, the national staff could manage the entire directory and each region could manage theirs without seeing the contact records in other branches.

    Sorry, no. At some point in the future I do plan on implement an “owners” feature. But honestly this is lower priority right now so there is no telling when I’ll get to it.
