Permit Dashboard

  • I’m looking for a way to handle permit requests in Facebook. Ideally, I’d like a person to be able to log into a dashboard and either
    1) Sign up for a new permit
    2) Search for a permit submitted in the past.
    For the life of me, I can’t figure out what something like this would be called to search the WordPress plugins for. Anything to point me in the right direction would be great. Thanks

    Maybe try searching for “support ticket”? While they are meant for HelpDesk use, I’d think the same system could be adapted to your need.
