    No, I’m sorry, our plugin uses the datepicker of jQuery distributed with WordPress, you can vary the language of calendar (https://cff.dwbooster.com/faq#q221) but I guess it is not what you need exactly. However, you are free to load additional code directly from your form to include a Persian Calendar, there are various jQuery plugins (I’m not talking about WordPress plugins) in the Internet, developed to generate Persian Calendars.
