Persistence of "Coming Soon" warning

We used for the first time the plugin in this site: https://www.fondonero.it that features WordPress 3.9.1 Italian version and an Elegant Theme (Divi).
When the “Coming Soon” advice has been removed, if you paste a link of some permanent link for example in Facebook, the result is a “Coming Soon” warning, like this:Site is under construction
https://www.fondonero.itWe at last removed completely the plugin, but the bug is not solved. Apparently something has been left in some part of the installation.
