    I don’t know if it is the plugin or my web configuration, but it seems my optimization issues arise only on the page with the plugin. I get many bad gateway errors. I am working with web admin to resolve this issue.

    Could you please provide more details about that?
    Probably you have seen something because in your WP is in development mode
