    We have been getting persistent connection errors the last few weeks. Prior to that the connection was stable. We have the latest version of the plugin. Every day or so I need to refresh the connection, it’s becomeing cumbersome. “We have detected potential connection errors for your site. A failed signup has been detected and will be retried automatically once a new connection has been established. Please visit your site and perform the steps to reconnect the plugin at your earliest convenience.”

    Noted and understood on being current with the plugin.

    Has the debugging functionality been enabled for more than just the past couple days? The log only goes back to the 9th, and issues around connectivity to appear in it until 2024-12-11, at least with what’s been presented so far.

    Has the issue been going on longer than that?

    Yes, it’s been going on for a few weeks. I cleared it out a few days ago because the log went back to January! I figured a shorter version would capture the latest of what is happening. Sorry if that was a mistake!

    No, we won’t consider that a mistake.

    That said, I’m wondering if there’s some sort of other error happening at times that are preventing the successful refresh token renewal from happening. However, understandably it can also be difficult to attempt to coordinate our logs and larger general error logs available from your hosting provider.

    Ideally the errors in our log aren’t persistent, specifically starting at the “invalid_grant” line. All the parts before that line are indicating successful signups.

    The issue seems to occur in the day or two after I’ve done a push from staging to production. Strange that it doesn’t happen right away. But the fix that seems to be working so far is to manually disconnect after I do an update from staging and reconnect. This seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks for checking in!
