    Hello,

    I am writing to report a sudden and unexplained issue with the “Bump Up” functionality on our website. The feature, which previously worked well, has stopped functioning properly. Ads marked as “Bump Up” have remained static in their positions for over a week, leading to several user complaints. To troubleshoot, I have deactivated both the cache plugin and the child theme, but the issue persists. The “Bump Up” option, when applied manually, adds the label to the ads, but does not change their position in the listings. Could you please provide guidance or assistance in resolving this unexpected problem?

    Hello,

    I wanted to update you that I have upgraded the plugins to the latest version, and I can confirm that the issue with the “Bump Up” functionality has been resolved. However, I’ve noticed that the problem still occurs with some older ads when trying to manually apply the label, though I don’t consider it to be a severe issue at the moment.

    Additionally, I am in communication with Stripe due to a delay in membership renewals, which results in users losing their benefits. I will get back in touch to continue updating you on this matter.
