    Hello, appreciate your contribution very much!

    Unfortunately, I’ve run into a fairly serious problem

    I’ve configured the Trigger to “Time Spent” for 10 seconds, strangely though, the popup persistently appears every 10 seconds, even after closing it (using the close icon)

    I then changed the Trigger to “Page Load” and basically the same behaviour, every time you navigate to a different page, the popup appears

    I’ve also created a Frequency rule to not show the popup more than 3 times per day, but it’s also failing (it appeared 12 times in a row, and to finally disable it)

    The only thing that works is creating a second Frequency rule to stay closed after someone completes a goal (i.e. clicks a button), but this is not a good solution simply because a small percentage of people will complete the goal, most people will close the popup using the close icon (at least the first and second time until they actually read it)

    Can you offer any help?

    @kodame Also, can you please try loading your site in incognito mode and see closing the popups respects your frequency settings.

    Few version ago, we have disabled frequency settings for admin users becuase if you are building a popup and you have closed the popup, it won’t show for you again, which can be frustrating.

    Thanks for the quick response, you’re correct, it’s fine in incognito mode, I didn’t realize there was a hidden admin setting for testing, have a nice day ??
