Persistent “Rate now” notification

  • Hi,

    I have following persistent notification stuck at the top of my admin Dashboard and Plugins pages etc. I have rated the plugin and tried to close or delete this notification many, many times over the past several months, in different browsers too, but it remains persistent. It will not close or disappear.

    Notification: “What do you think of the Afterpay plugin? Share your thoughts and experience to help improve future plugin releases.
    Rate now”

    Is there a solution for this?

    The rating notification in the dashboard should be dismissible. As it isn’t, the team would like to investigate. To facilitate this, please submit a support request including a link to this post using the following web form: https://help.afterpay.com/hc/requests/new?ticket_form_id=193406

    A member of the team will then reach out to you within 1 business day.

    It may also be worth mentioning to the wider audience that there is a plan to remove the rating notification in a future update, likely early next year.
