Personal Data Export Missing Captured Data

  • Hi team,

    When I used WordPress export personal data tool, the IP address is not exported together with other form data. When I verified in the CRM entries, the IP address and browser type etc. were captured properly.

    How to include those data to be exported together since IP address is also part of personal data captured?

    Hi @sbazzi ,

    Sorry I don’t have the CRM account to open a ticket for this issue.

    I email the support team about this issue together with another issue. The support team replied that IP address and browser tracking is optional thus is not included in the personal data export.

    Why would tracking option affect personal data export? If I enable the tracking option then I would expect the personal data export includes IP address as well. Is it a must to open a ticket to address this issue?
