Personal Email Reports Not Being Sent Out

Hi, thanks for following up. They are unfortunately still looking into it. They said it seems like some sort of conflict. I will let you know if I have an update.

Hi, this is the response I received from smtp2go:

We looked into the plugin behaviour and found that Matamo does have its own email code that it appears to be using.

You will need to ask them about that email delivery, or ask them to give you the option to override it so the SMTP2GO plug in takes over email sending.

I don’t understand why they tell we overwrite something. We use the native email logic, not our own logic. We are not overwriting anything.
Can you get some details why they say we overwrite something?

We have been doing a lot of research and found a small bug that might actually solve the problem. We’ll be releasing a plug in update next week.

Hi, looks like the issue is solved now. I’m getting the email but for some reason the attached file is instead of a PDF, called noname.

When I click download in the dashboard it downloads as a PDF but in the email it’s just a file called noname which contains nothing.

When I try sending HTML version, I get as reported: An error occurred while sending 'HTML Email Report - 1.2022-03-08,2022-03-14.1.en - l9FLZx3XIwXCnMXVX2SAUuZXJKU5aFaZ_uh9LQz6.html' to . Error was 'json_encode error: Malformed UTF-8 characters, possibly incorrectly encoded'

Hi, the HTML issue is solved now and not getting the error, possibly because SMTP2go updated their plugin. (though the PDF version sends without the PDF)
