Personal Info Form BROKEN

  • HELP! The personal info section of the donation form is broken. The first name field will not allow input. If I click off-line donation and then back on paypal the form repairs itself. this is not good and costing us thousands every month in donations. Please help ASAP.     I see you have purchased several of our premium Add-ons. Did you reach out via our Priority Support? https://givewp.com/support — we might be able to better help you over there.

    I see a lot of custom CSS being applied to our forms and I believe it’s the source of the problem. I might suggest stripping out any custom CSS you have added for now just to get back to square-one, and then from there we can talk about how to adjust the form a bit to make it look more like your theme.

    OK, I believe most of the custom CSS that is being applied to our form is inserted into the Customizer. You could pull that out and save it in a text file.
